Where Form 1120 C Patrons 2023-2024

Welcome back to the Small Business University. This lesson is going to be a little bit different - not many slides. Instead, we're going to get to know the 1120s form. Sometimes, I think tax forms hold this mystery with non-preparers. It's like there are these massively complex documents that you must have 20 years of experience to figure out. This video is meant to dispel that for you and anyone who has no idea what the 1120s is or what it's all about, or how to prepare one. You're going to get a very detailed look at every part of it in this lesson. The idea being, if you're going to offer this, you don't necessarily need to know every detail of how to prepare it. But knowing the form gives you confidence in being able to sell this service to your clients and small business owners. So, we're gonna dive into it so that you have no anxiety about what this is, how it affects your client, and exactly what parts of it are easy, what aren't, what is not easy, and how to make your business much, much better by offering corporation tax preparation. So, let's jump into this thing, and I'm going to show you from A to Z all about the 1120s. In this slide, I have the major parts of the tax return. As I'm going to show you in a minute, most tax returns come with many, many more pages. But none of them matter much except for these. So, if you look at the 1120s, it could be 50 or 60 pages.
