Schedule F is similar to Schedule C, but it differs in that it is used by sole proprietors and single-owner limited liability companies involved in farming operations. Instead of the seat, Schedule F is used. However, this is not the case for 1120-ASS or 1065 returns. There is no special farm version of either of those. On Schedule F, you will find different items in the income section compared to professional services and office expenses. Instead, you will find feed, seed, and fertilizer. My name is Linda Keith, and I assist lenders in approving good loans. If you have already watched the module on intro to AG lending, you know that I am a CPA who has experience in raising chickens, pigs, and sheep. I have also made soap from pig fat, helped deliver lambs, and harvested honey from our own bees. I also have experience working with Ag lenders in my husband's greenhouse operation. I have gained valuable insights and knowledge about farming through my experiences and working closely with Ag lenders.
